National Spork LLC does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app behavior tracking in Hazmat Hijinks or DitherLab.
The app stores and operating systems may still produce operational logs such as crash data and generic performance telemetry. That data is controlled by those platforms, not by us.
Contact and support messages
If you contact support by email, any information you provide is used only for troubleshooting, bug repair, and customer support.
Website data
Standard server request logs may be kept temporarily for security, uptime, and abuse prevention.
Retention
Email and support attachments are kept only as long as needed to resolve your support request and can be removed on request.
